22 E. Rose Avenue

This beautiful cape cod is not a normal college house. You will feel right at home on this picturesque street located 2 blocks from campus. You will love the large upstairs bedrooms with dormer windows and built in dresser drawers. If you like to decorate this house is for you. New composite deck with built in benches and large back yard. Too nice to be a party house.
